Some really quick thoughts.... its getting late over here and i need to get to bed. I have a bunch of pictures to post.... I Love it here!!!!!!
So this is my first day. I wanted to write some things down so I don’t forget them. There are some things that are classically “French” that I wanted to record, for a good laugh and a few smiles.
Leaving for France was a very easy. I was very excited and hyper to leave the states to so to a place that I have never been to before. Especially so far away! I love my friends so much I found myself talking about this or that person. The person who gave me Euros or who took me the airport or… the I-am-so-tired-today-because-I-was-up-last-with-friends excuse! Thank you Jesus for my friends!
Our long flight: This was not so bad. The last 2 hours were the hardest. It seems that I am very sensitive to altitude and directional changes. I felt every time the plane leveled out or headed up or down. This was not so bad but when we lowered from 6000 feet to 2000 feet in less than 20 minutes (it seemed like only 20 min) my head felt awful strange like I had taken some really strong cold medicine. I was talking to one of the flights passengers also in our group. She said she could not feel a thing and that she could not tell the difference. She is blond though and I wondered if her talent for being unaware helped her. HA! But honestly I can feel the difference in altitude and speed in an elevator so it’s not really anyone’s fault but my own. OK enough about the flight. I am boring my readers! The food was very good though! We had smoked salmon and rice and some pasta for dinner with pudding and a bunch of other yummy stuff. For breakfast was no exception either. We had a croissant with some cheese and meat for us to assemble sandwiches. My newest friend who is also apart of the Paris program though NVC. I have one funny inflight story to tell but i will have to post it tomorrow. Love you all! - jason

hey there, how u doin? saw those pics u took of the airport in france. it's mighty nice lookin. it reminds me of an airport here, near upper sandeski. well, i guess if you've seen one airport, you've seen em all. i can't wait till you put up more of them pictures and right sum more stuff bout the places in france. it sounds mighty interestin, especially the part bout the food. and the good Lord no's that i need my food. even in His word it says, "man shall not live by bread alone." that must be why those frenchies eat crepes. well, i suppose i'll be hearin from u at a later time, once you've had a chance to do some more restin and site-seein. have a terrific day, monn cheree aamee.

Ok, I have a couple of quick thoughts: um, spell check, proof read, and spell check. Ok, that was three, but the third one's on me!
Please try and have some fun, even though I'm not there. hah
