The parade was not so great, but the day was beautiful
We all were up way too late last night so,….. We did not up early enough to get a good spot. All we could really see was the tops of the heads of the marching soldiers. I was not too excited to see tops of heads. There were plains overhead during the marching and I took pictures of some of them through the trees. Below are some of the better photos. There were really not very many that turned out. I did get to see the new president. (That was probably the coolest part)

I really love those tall, red, fluffy things on the top of the mounted soldiers helmets! I wish I could get my hands on some of those! :)

Ummm. . . well, now that you mention it, definitely the helmets. . . but about the soldiers, if they are young and cute and can teach me a better French accent, I'll take half a dozen or so. LOL! :) hehe
